You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi (to be advised) by our professional driver guide and depart for the coffee tour by road. The farm is approximately 30 kilometers from Nairobi and it is a 100-Acre Piece of Private Land. The farm is well-managed with lots of fun and adventure beside the coffee plantation and manufacturing.
Inside the farm you find that is the home of the 25 Million years Old Stone Age caves, trees thought to be hundreds of years old while the river reeds have a long story to tell. First you enjoy the nature trails amid bird watching and then we head to the coffee farm.
You will be met by the coffee farm manager with wide range of experience on the coffee farming to production bit of it. The coffee manager will take you for a walk to the farm giving you information on the farming and have a chance to see the coffee berries from the farm, see how they are picked when ready and moved to the factory.
A chance to see how berries are soughed out, dried and then processed, by the way you have a chance to do it by yourself as you accompany the coffee workers and it makes you feel at home and exciting !!!!!
After the tour, you will leave the farm and our driver will take you to one of the nearest coffee shops and get a taste of African coffee accompanied by some snacks. You can choose to carry some coffee home. Later on you will be transferred to your hotel of choice.
